📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows, processes, and requirements to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate pilot AI implementations with copilots, agents, and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design and deploy client-specific workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business platforms (CRM, ERP, support systems).
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure appropriate behavior and UX.
• Monitor adoption and continuously improve configurations post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, product implementation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms (Zapier, LangChain, Azure
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI lifecycle processes.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
