📋 Description

• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and enablement resources.
• Build role-based learning pathways with HR and business stakeholders.
• Develop materials for AI platforms (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
• Create prompt examples, use-case guides, and AI playbooks for non-technical audiences.
• Teach responsible AI usage for business activities and learning design.
• Coordinate learning calendars and adoption activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs and enablement resources.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption and upskilling programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
• Strong skills in prompt writing, AI output evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences; strong facilitation.
