AI Learning Project Manager (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead AI learning projects end to end from planning through outcome measurement.
• Evaluate AI productivity tools and learning tech to improve performance.
• Identify AI upskilling opportunities across teams and translate to scalable learning.
• Develop blended learning experiences (e-learning, webinars, live training) for global audiences.
• Support tool adoption and change management across the organization.
• Analyze learning data and report insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in AI learning, L&D, project management, or similar field in tech/cybersecurity.
• Experience managing learning/enabling projects with stakeholders and timelines.
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Slack or Teams; automation tools like Workato, Make, or
• Proven ability to create blended learning materials and deliver globally.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, IT, AI or related field, or equivalent experience.
