📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs for foundational AI knowledge
• Plan large-scale AI education initiatives including certification programs
• Partner with product, technology, comms, and learning teams
• Develop change enablement for cultural transformation
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities in business processes
• Organize events like symposiums and hackathons

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate + 5 yrs or Master’s + 8 yrs in AI/tech education or go-to-market
• 5+ yrs leading large-scale AI/tech transformation programs
• Experience building learning programs and executive communications
• Strong adult learning, enablement, and learning ecosystems knowledge
• Hands-on with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (Custom GPTs, workflow copilots) is valued
