AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across complex programs.
• Design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML models and intelligent systems for decision-making and
• Drive predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and intelligent decision-support solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Integrate AI/ML into secure enterprise environments with governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML/data science/software engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years designing, developing, deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep ML frameworks knowledge (TensorFlow, PyTorch); AWS SageMaker preferred.
• Experience in secure, regulated environments with governance/compliance.
