AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across programs.
• Design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML models for decisions and automation.
• Lead predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and decision-support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Integrate AI/ML in secure environments with cybersecurity, governance & compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, analytics, or related field with hands-on AI tech.
• At least 5 years designing, deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Proven ability to personally develop AI/ML solutions, not just architect.
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with AWS SageMaker.
