🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of professional experience with feature ownership
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience with multi-threaded programming and system design
Excellent coding and debugging skills; comfortable navigating large codebases
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and AI-native
