AI Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across business and engineering teams
• Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement, CI/CD, tooling)
• Develop AI workflows for document generation, data extraction, and knowledge retrieval
• Centralize AI Ops with a Technical Lead and cross-functional agents
• Help train the organization on AI best practices and cost visibility
• Maintain security, identity, access, and lifecycle practices for AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with modern AI/ML tools and models
• Experience building/consuming APIs and data pipelines
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in production
• Ability to compare AI models across providers (cost, latency, quality)
• Comfort using usage data to forecast and optimize costs
• Translate business workflows into technical AI solutions
