AI Operations Tech Leader

📋 Description

• Lead data/AI projects to improve ops outcomes (real-time enrichment, predictive alerts)
• Design scalable AI features in ops workflows and platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Mgmt, ITSM)
• Ensure SLAs for reliability, low latency, auditability, zero-downtime deployment
• Lead architecture & development of internal AIOps platforms; integrate ITSM & observability
• Support MLOps/AlOps for prod ops: model monitoring, drift detection, rollback, cost control
• Be AI authority for ops programs; architecture reviews & vendor evals

🎯 Requirements

• Required: 10+ yrs in data/AI/ops tech; 4–6+ yrs in technical leadership
• Required: Proven track record delivering AI/ML/data solutions that improved ops KPIs (MTTR/MTTD, ticket deflection)
• Required: Hands-on with Python, Spark, Kafka, Airflow; PyTorch/TensorFlow; ITSM integrations
• Required: Deep experience with AIOps patterns: event correlation, anomaly detection, automation, predictive analytics, GenAI
• Required: Experience leading development of AIOps tooling platforms for ops teams
• Preferred: ITIL-aligned processes; GenAI/LLM apps in ops; scaling AIOps in large environments
