AI Ops Engineer, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, and tooling for Professional
• Develop agentic workflows and lightweight AI apps using approved platforms.
• Translate delivery challenges into AI solutions with PS leadership.
• Coach PS teams to accelerate AI adoption and improve delivery maturity.
• Monitor, test, document, and improve deployed AI solutions.
• Automate Agiloft configurations to reduce manual effort in testing/validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years building AI, automation, or technical implementations.
• Strong Python for automation, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Experience with agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, n8n, Tines, or similar.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar).
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool use, and agent memory.
