Data engineering and AI/ML leadership in ops environments
Proven track record delivering production AI/ML/data solutions
Hands-on with Python, Spark, Kafka, Airflow; PyTorch/TensorFlow; LLMs
Integrations with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Splunk, Datadog
Deep knowledge of AIOps: event correlation, anomaly detection, GenAI
ITIL familiarity and GenAI for copilots and auto-remediation
