AI Orchestrator – Product & Growth Leader (Squad Leader | Manager)

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering a SuperApp for growth and engagement.
• Bridge business, product, data and engineering decisions with IA-driven insights.
• Translate business goals into features that impact Growth metrics.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value, not just tech delivery.
• Monitor post-release engagement metrics to close the feedback loop.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Growth, Engagement or Retention of users; data-driven product mindset.
• Familiar with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase or similar).
• Agile leadership and management tools (Jira).
• Mobile (Android/iOS) or backend knowledge is a plus.
• Availability to be on-site in São Paulo some days per week.
• Strong product vision and growth metrics literacy (DAU/MAU, retention, NPS, LTV).
