AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform, including event-triggered workflows and
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden tests, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI.
• Develop a portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis
• Build meta-level systems to monitor performance and continuously improve the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and automated quality gates.
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with governance, traceability, and correctness.
• Deep API integration experience with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong Python engineering skills and cloud experience (GCP, data warehouses, IaC).
• Ability to independently design, deploy, monitor, and improve production systems end to end.
