AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the AI execution platform at scale.
• Own architecture decisions enabling production AI agent systems.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden tests, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI deployment.
• Build and manage AI agents for business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage, knowledge
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodologies: golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing, automated
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with governance, traceability, and correctness.
• Deep API integration experience with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong infrastructure engineering skills using Python, GCP, cloud data warehouses, and IaC tools.
• Ability to independently design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems
