AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform and related infrastructure.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden tests, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI capabilities.
• Build AI agent portfolios to support business workflows like reporting and knowledge management.
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and continuously improve the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodology knowledge (golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with governance and traceability.
• Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong Python development and cloud skills (GCP), cloud data warehouses, and IaC tooling.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end to end.
