🎯 Requirements

Track record independently owning the UX definition end-to-end for a product area or workflow.
Foundational UX/UI concepts with ability to articulate trade-offs (quality vs. speed).
Experience building deep user/workflow expertise through direct user research and mapping.
Led strategic and tactical implementation of at least one major AI-based AI-based workflow in a
Knowledge of emerging AI UX patterns and evaluating their application.
Advanced user of AI design tools and understanding of foundational models and tradeoffs.
