AI Product Designer (FORMA)

📋 Description

• Partner with product managers to create design solutions for user flows focused on activation and
• Design web funnels: experiments, iterations for CR / CAC / payback
• Generate design variants for AB tests based on research and market analysis
• Prototype new features using existing repositories
• Collaborate with analytics and developers in cross-functional teams
• Contribute to a multi-brand design system with components, tokens, and variants

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product or UI/UX design
• Business and product mindset; understanding product metrics (CR, CAC, LTV, ROI, retention)
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail; outstanding UI
• Experience designing for AB testing
• AI-first mindset; familiarity with Claude, Figma AI; GitHub
• Figma hard skills; multi-brand design system, tokens, components
