AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Gather and clarify business requirements directly with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, data models, and
• Design and drive AI agents through prompting, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation
• Build MVPs end-to-end, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data, and iterate quickly based on
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in production, including CI/CD, observability, and
• Own the full product lifecycle — from an initial idea to a shipped, reliable solution with

🎯 Requirements

• Proven full-stack development experience, e.g. Python/Node.js for backend and React or a similar
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph
• Practical experience with prompt design, RAG, and tool/function integration.
• Ability to independently elicit business requirements and translate them into technical
• Experience delivering MVPs under tight timelines with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
