AI Product Manager - India

📋 Description

• Lead roadmap for AI-powered product areas from discovery to delivery
• Define evaluation bars, failure modes, and rollback plans before changes ship
• Prototype ideas using model strengths/weaknesses; ship small AI features when fastest
• Decide agent autonomy: what is automated vs human-in-the-loop
• Treat prompting/context design as a product lever to shape behavior
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and with Design/Research on UX

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of PM experience owning end-to-end roadmaps
• Direct experience shipping AI/LLM features in production
• Hands-on understanding of LLMs/model families; able to prototype
• Technical depth for architecture discussions (model choice, latency, cost)
• Experience defining eval sets and non-deterministic quality metrics
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Marketing/CS on releases
