AI Product Manager - Media Experience Required (Los Angeles)

📋 Description

• Own client engagements end-to-end — discovery, scoping, delivery, and acting as the primary product
• Scope and run greenfield product builds: turn zero-to-one ideas into sequenced, shippable roadmaps
• Lead platform rebuilds and modernization engagements without stalling existing business.
• Design and deliver AI-native enablement with client teams, building internal capabilities.
• Translate ambiguous asks into scoped work and align with agentic engineers on the right approach.
• Set guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before using real data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of scope, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience across multiple clients or accounts.
• Experience spanning multiple engagement types (greenfield, legacy rebuild, enablement).
• Hands-on experience with AI agents; understanding tradeoffs between agentic and deterministic
• Comfortable in ambiguity; strong client-facing presence and ability to steer conversations with
• Strong scoping, prioritization, and ability to defend tradeoffs quickly.
