📋 Description

• Act as AI Product Owner for AI transformation initiatives in financial services.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI use cases aligned with business objectives and
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI solutions for
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for AI/ML use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles.
• Proven Product Owner/Manager experience in AI, data, or digital transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience with AI use cases in risk or lending (credit scoring, risk modelling, decision engines).
• Familiarity with Generative AI in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior business and risk stakeholders.
