📋 Description

• Lead discovery across business functions to uncover underlying problems and opportunities in AI and
• Identify and prioritise AI, data and workflow opportunities by value, impact, feasibility and risk.
• Translate opportunities into value cases, roadmaps and measurable success criteria.
• Shape AI-enabled products from discovery through validation, build, deployment and adoption.
• Design phased programs delivering near-term value with reusable data and operating foundations.
• Redesign workflows and operating models to align people, processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years across business strategy, technology and delivery, including enterprise data, AI or
• Strong executive stakeholder skills to influence partners and teams.
• Ability to simplify ambiguous problems and move quickly without endless discovery.
• Commercially minded with experience linking tech investment to outcomes and benefits tracking.
• AI fluent and pragmatic; understands capabilities, limitations and trade-offs.
• Experience in AI opportunity discovery, prioritisation and roadmap development.
