AI Services Lead - Client Services

📋 Description

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts and guide multi-year AI programs.
• Own end-to-end delivery and identify risks early.
• Build account plans and use-case backlogs for phased AI transformations.
• Advise CIO/CTO/CDOs on AI/data roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Anthropic field teams and phData leadership to expand accounts.
• Mentor teams and contribute to repeatable AI delivery patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in hybrid delivery/sales within consulting or services.
• Proven delivery quality and account growth on engagements.
• Experience scoping $50K–$1M services engagements.
• Strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Deep AI/data competency with agentic AI/LLM concepts and data architecture.
