AI Services Lead - Client Services

📋 Description

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts and turn interest into engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight and identify risks early.
• Develop account plans and use-case backlogs to enable multi-phase AI programs.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on AI/data roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Anthropic field team and internal leadership to grow accounts.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive settings and drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in a hybrid delivery/sales role in consulting or services.
• Experience owning delivery quality and account growth on engagements.
• Track record scoping/delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
• Ability to build account plans and roadmaps for pilots to multi-workstream programs.
• Strong relationships with CIO/CTO/CDO and senior stakeholders; travel up to 50%.
