AI Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify AI opportunities; map backlogs with ROI framing.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions, incl. LLM integrations.
• Act as technical bridge between business, product, and engineering.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions; ensure reliability and security.
• Develop internal tooling, docs, and training for AI adoption.
• Define standards for responsible AI deployment and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, data science, or related field with production systems.
• 2+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, incl. LLMs and automation.
• BS/MS in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Python and/or Java; APIs, data pipelines; integrating AI components.
• AI/LLM development: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• AWS or equivalent cloud; serverless; SageMaker/Bedrock; IaC.
