• 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or related field.
• Proven builder with impact; shipped AI-powered workflows; quantified outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini).
• Experience building agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Adoption-focused mindset; accountable for actual usage of built solutions.
• Strong communication for ICs to CMO-level audiences.
