• Lead advisory engagements at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery for clients using
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured roadmaps and working software.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to surface priorities and define success criteria.
• Bridge strategy with delivery by translating strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Shape reusable IP and contribute to the growth of the AI practice.
• Balance strategic guidance with practical implementation in a Salesforce-driven tech stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery/architecture level.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI use cases and building business cases.
• Strong facilitation, synthesis, and executive workshop experience.
• Platform depth in Salesforce: Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud
