AI Support Engineer - Dublin (Weekend Shift)

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot high-impact technical issues with customers via tickets and live calls.
• Provide end-to-end ownership: debug logs, analyze behavior, reproduce issues, guide resolution.
• Escalation point for complex problems; collaborate with Engineering to prevent recurring issues.
• Contribute to scalable support by leveraging automation and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product/Go-To-Market to scale solutions and improve workflows.
• Occasional holiday/weekend on-call coverage as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in User Operations, Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Experience scripting (e.g., Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools.
• Strong SaaS troubleshooting and ability to grasp new tech quickly.
• Excellent enterprise communication; calm under high-stakes incidents.
• -Proven ability to partner with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication of complex topics.
