Proven track record owning a conversational AI/chatbot program end to end — vendor relationship
Fluent in metrics proving program effectiveness: containment/deflection/resolution/CSAT, and
People management experience: hiring, developing, and holding teams to clear goals.
Strong cross-functional operator to partner with Support Operations and Engineering.
Comfortable owning a vendor relationship — not just using a platform, but managing it.
