AI Technical Lead - C++ Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Shape and deliver AI-powered features for CLion and C++ workflows.
• Design the architecture for AI integrations and C++ AI capabilities.
• Build benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI-assisted C++ development.
• Prototype and validate AI workflows including debugging and navigation.
• Define a technical roadmap for AI agent and tool integrations in C++.
• Collaborate with PMs, ML/QA teams, and seniors to shape the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience as Staff/Principal Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, or other JVM technologies.
• Experience building AI-powered products, developer tools, coding assistants, agents, or LLM workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern coding agents: tool calling, context mgmt, evaluation.
• Track record driving technical direction in ambiguous, rapidly evolving areas.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence without formal authority.
