Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Biz Admin or related; equivalent experience
6–10+ years in Finance transformation or program mgmt
Experience implementing AI/automation in Finance (AI agents, RPA, workflow tools)
Strong understanding of P2P, Q2C, close processes, SOX
Proven ability to lead complex transformations; measurable value
PM skills: requirements, roadmap, risk, cross-functional planning
