🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years in management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with digital/data/automation/AI initiatives in consulting
• Understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents, copilots)
• Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) preferred
• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder skills
