📋 Description

• Partner with account teams to shape deal strategy and value narratives.
• Lead discovery with senior executives to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Develop ROI models and business cases across savings, spend capture, and working capital.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations with recommendations.
• Guide account teams as deal captain, ensuring value is integrated into sales strategy.
• Design AI Transformation Workshops tailored to customer spend data and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS sales, pre-sales, or services delivery strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success engaging at the C-suite level and influencing decisions.
• Experience guiding customers through change initiatives or AI/digital transformation.
• Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and multinational work.
