• 2–4 years in video editing, production, design, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, or similar.
• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, Synthesia, HeyGen
• Strong PowerPoint skills for branded templates and executive slides.
