📋 Description

• Lead complex client workflow implementations on our AI platform
• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts and SQL data workflows
• Troubleshoot complex issues, often rebuilding environments to diagnose problems
• Collaborate with client marketing and operations to map processes and design automation
• Define implementation standards and document repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery
• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex client implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on Python and SQL experience for automation and data workflows
• Experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or marketing operations
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer or Implementation Manager)
• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable automation
• Prior remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace or Asana
