AIT Engineer - Electronics

📋 Description

• Role to transform satellite electrical designs into flight-ready hardware.
• Own integration readiness of electrical subsystems; define AIT processes, test means, and ground
• Feed floor learning back into design to improve manufacturability, testability, and reliability.
• On-site role in Athens with occasional travel for environmental test campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics/Aerospace/Telecommunications or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in integration, testing, or production of complex electronic hardware
• Experience defining and qualifying electrical integration/test processes, turning them into
• Deep electronics knowledge with system-level view across architectures; strong cross-functional
• Ownership of functional/electrical test campaigns from spec through reporting; hands-on during
• Mastery of electrical integration: harness routing, crimping/soldering, connector ID
