📋 Description

• Support sales and marketing teams’ initiatives by providing consultative services to improve access
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and develop strategic selling plans; oversee key
• Communicate activity within target accounts to sales and management teams; manage development and
• Develop clear pre-call meeting objectives and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Demonstrate leadership in the account selling process for long-term competitive advantage; monitor
• Lead training and education for sales teams through presentations, updates, and account reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of in-depth knowledge of the aesthetic health care environment, including practice
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience managing budgets, forecasts, expenses, and
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to develop and execute innovative
• Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment; field-based with ~75% travel; overnight
