7+ years in partner/alliance or channel management
Active named relationships in at least one of Databricks, Google Cloud, Snowflake
Hands-on portal experience: Databricks Partner Connect, GCP Partner Advantage, Snowflake Network
Proven track record of moving partners through tiers and certs
CRM and pipeline discipline; HubSpot experience preferred
Willing to travel up to 40% (to conferences and field events)
