Develop partnerships with customer leadership and drive long-term collaboration.
Coordinate with production and internal teams to meet demand and delivery expectations.
Perform sales analysis, forecasting, and contract negotiations with senior partners.
Present proposals and roadmaps to capture new products and opportunities.
Travel up to 60% as required, with home-based work flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in biomedical science or related field; 5+ years in IVD sales/partner management.
Strong biochemistry and immunoassay knowledge; APAC networks with labs.
Excellent communication, presenting to senior leaders; advanced Excel/finance skills.
Project management experience and English fluency.
Experience with CE, 510(k), NMPA and regulatory considerations is a plus.
