Alumni Success Adviser (Immediate Opening)

📋 Description

• Lead and implement post-secondary strategy for alumni
• Provide individualized advising to high school alumni
• Collaborate with KIPP Forward team, students, families, and partners
• Report to the Director of KIPP Forward

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years working with students/young adults
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to use data to monitor progress and inform support
• Willingness to participate in occasional evening/weekend programming
