Amazon Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of Amazon accounts across European marketplaces (Spain, France, Italy
• Protect account health, manage Seller Support and Brand Registry cases, recover suppressed listings.
• Create and maintain listings; develop strategic parent-child variation structures for growth.
• Optimize catalog of ~100 SKUs via product detail pages, images, and content improvements.
• Collaborate with teams; advertising/PPC managed by partner external to this role.
• Prepare listings for marketplace expansion across Europe (UK, Poland, Ireland, Netherlands).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon accounts end to end.
• Hands-on with account health, case management, listings, suppressed listings, catalog optimization.
• Experience managing European Amazon marketplaces.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Nice-to-have: basic understanding of Amazon PPC, Canva, AI tools (Claude), Helium 10, leadership
