📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations: listings, variations, A+ content, Brand Store
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and appeals to keep the account secure
• Plan and execute advertising strategies (SP, SB, SD): budgets, bids, keywords, campaigns
• Track sales data, conversions, ACOS/TACOS, inventory turnover; produce reports
• Coordinate FBA inventory planning, replenishment, IPI scores, aging stock; work with logistics
• Manage promotions: coupons, deals, Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• Monitor competitors, pricing, rankings, and reviews; adjust strategies
• Handle Buyer-Seller Messages, A-to-Z claims, returns, and negative reviews
• Organize SOPs, advertising playbooks, and issue-resolution workflows
• Flag operational risks early: suppressed listings, ad anomalies, stockouts, alerts

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Shenzhen; collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, brand)
• 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central ops experience across full backend workflow
• Hands-on Amazon PPC advertising experience; manage campaign budgets
• Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Clear written English for Amazon customer service and Seller Support cases
• Data-driven, results-oriented; identify problems and propose solutions
• Organized, reliable; seeking a stable long-term role
• Comfortable switching between listing optimization, ads, inventory, and performance
