📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
  • Licensed pharmacist in Michigan
  • 3+ years as a clinical pharmacist (GI experience preferred)
  • Completion of PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred
  • Experience with GI therapies, including biologics/infusion
  • Strong pharmacology knowledge and patient education skills
