📋 Description

• Advise product and engineering on legal/regulatory aspects of payment and banking products
• Translate regulatory requirements into guidance for compliant product development
• Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams as strategic advisor
• Develop licensing and market entry strategies across jurisdictions
• Provide regulatory guidance on payments, crypto, FX, cross-border transactions
• Build scalable legal processes to support rapid growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years legal experience; 15+ years for senior level in fintech/financial services
• Strong knowledge of financial services and payments regulations
• Practical, business-oriented legal advice balancing risk and objectives
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• JD from accredited law school and bar membership
