AMERICAS PAYROLL ANALYST JR

📋 Description

• Payroll team supports end-to-end payroll processes for local and global operations
• End-to-end payroll process support including pre-payroll, processing, post-payroll tasks
• Assist with off-cycle payrolls (Aguinaldo, PTU) and special calculations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support Social Security processes (IMSS) and benefits calculations/payments
• Collaborate with LATAM Regional Payroll Team when required

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years payroll or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation (LFT, LISR, LSS)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• English: able to converse/participate in meetings (preferred)
• Experience with STRADA and/or Workday is an advantage
