AML & Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Conduct KYB checks and monitor contractors; assist due diligence for contracts.
• Collaborate with Compliance team and managers to improve company-wide compliance.
• Prepare AML & TF, licensing and other compliance documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Assist in developing ethical compliant business practices and training initiatives.
• Perform other AML/TF and compliance tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Compliance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 4th or 5th AML Directive, FATF recommendations, MIFID II.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Professional certification (e.g. CySEC Basic or Advanced) is a plus.
