AML Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist MLRO with AML breach detection, mitigation, and root-cause analysis
• Assess KYC/CDD/EDD processes; identify gaps; propose solutions
• Support AML regulatory reviews and related audits
• Participate in AML projects (process improvements and system implementation)
• Set and tune thresholds for AML/CTF systems
• Help update policies by analyzing regulation impact on controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of AML/compliance experience
• Assertive with ability to communicate AML importance to management
• Leadership presence; risk assessment and business acumen
• Strategic thinker; decisions under pressure in fast-paced env
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for senior management
• Regulatory compliance experience is an advantage
