Support and administer the AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance and Operations System) platform.
Ensure smooth system performance, manage user access and participate in deployments.
Provide first-line technical support to internal teams; coordinate with engineers for escalations.
Monitor system health, generate reports, and document standard operating procedures.
Support data migration, updates and deployments across development, staging and production

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in systems administration, AMOS administration or aviation software support.
Strong user access management, database administration and security best practices.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive problem-solving, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
Confidentiality and compliance with aviation industry standards.
