Develop and own analog-on-top and digital-on-top design verification flows for full-chip RFICs and
Build testbenches and flows to simulate RFIC/SoC interfaces
Improve speed and accuracy of simulations for mixed-signal IPs (PLLs, DACs, ADCs)
Create behavioral models of RF/analog/mixed-mode blocks for chip verification
Collaborate with ATE test engineering to develop/test plans
Set up and run EM/IR simulations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
1+ year in IC design/verification
