📋 Description

• Design conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants, applying user experience best
• Develop, configure, and maintain conversational automation solutions.
• Integrate conversational platforms with APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and other corporate systems.
• Perform functional testing, validation, and approval of conversational journeys.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user interactions to identify improvement
• Optimize conversational experiences through data analysis and continuous enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with conversational AI and chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI
• Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating different systems and platforms.
• Understanding of programming logic and familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of conversational flow modeling, process automation, and data analysis.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
